Josh was excellent, negotiated a great price for me. Took time to sit with me and discuss every detail that I was nervous about. Took care of all paperwork, explained what to expect. Did all the talking with the sellers agent. Had great suggestions of how to fix any issues, and names and numbers for reasonably priced carpet installers and rental management company's. Josh was not pushy but let me check out all my different options. Very knowledgeable about the housing market. He was available at all times to discuss any questions. My home purchase went very smoothly. I couldn't ask for a better agent. He went above and beyond to assist me with a smooth purchase that I felt comfortable and confident that I had made a good decision. I would recommend him for a home purchase or sale. He is kind , sincere, down to earth ,knowledgeable, professional and hard working. I was very comfortable with Josh .

Josh was great to work with. He took the time to listen to our hopes and wants in a new home. He is very responsive and was willing to accommodate our schedules. The entire process was very smooth and easy. I highly recommend Josh and his team when looking for a home!

Josh & Danielle really listen to what you are looking for - they are not pushy to the sell - they actually CARE about what you want and even if takes some time like it did for us, they didn’t give up on us and we found our AMAZING DREAM first home!
