I was disappointed with the bee man. They did not relocate the bees. They spent just 20 minutes spraying poison on the bees and putting a screen over one of the entry points. The bees are still there. They told me the bees won’t die for at least 5 days, so the guy left and I have no idea if the bees will ever be gone. He left the hive. He said the hive is tiny and will probably dry up. They said the don’t have a contractors license and so can’t remove the hive. Ok, so why claim to be able to take care of a bee problem and remove hives when they clearly can’t. Then, he said after 5-7 days, once the bees are gone, new bees will scavenger and come try to get into all the other entry points that they did not seal with a screen (there were like 7 holes in my porch eaves and they put a screen over 1 hole. He said, i need to hire someone who’s a contractor to put little screens over the other holes or the bees will come back. So, a complete scam. I paid $200 for him to spend 20 minutes and achieve possibly killing most or all the bees and staying away for a week or two if I’m lucky. Unbelievable. This is not a green business.

I am in utter shock at the lack of professionalism and customer service. We called on Tuesday about a bee hive found in the ceiling of our home. They assured us that they would come Wednesday, or at the latest Thursday and would call us in the morning to let us know what time. On Wednesday by noon I had not heard so I called the office and they said they would not be there until Thursday but to call at 9am to get the time of arrival. Great! I was so grateful that they would be there-- that is until Thursday morning when I called and they said we had been bumped on the schedule and they had no way of knowing when someone would get to us and it could be the next week. I was in shock! We have bees in the ceiling of our home and we have two young children. They strung us along for several days when they could have let us know that they may be too busy and we could have called someone else. The woman I spoke to was quite insensitive and had zero referrals and could only give us the name to the state of CA pest control. I was in tears and am in fear for my home and family. I write this review to warn people that if they are having an emergency with bees-- like they are in your home as they are in ours-- that you should call another company who will be honest and actually show up when they say they will.
