A big thank you to Michele for helping us find our home! She made us feel comfortable as first time homebuyers and was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. When pivoting from what we thought we wanted to what was actually possible, she guided us and worked through all questions we had. Not only that, she truly cared about us and what would fit our needs, pointing things out we never even thought about. Her background knowledge is inspiring and so helpful. We were told finding a house and the entire process is “so stressful” but with Michele that was not the case. I bought my first home back in January 2020 from Simone. Now we all know that COVID followed shortly after, Simone was there for me anytime I had questions and concerns with no income for a little bit. She was also willing to give advice on what is most important when updating the house since I knew I wanted to update and sell the house for profit later. Once my husband and I knew we were ready to sell my first house to get a bigger one for our growing family, Simone and the team was ready for us. Simone was living in Portland so we worked with Elizabeth and she gave us a list of projects to focus on to get our house on the market and gave us a reachable date to finish all said projects. She also made sure when we were looking at new houses the closing dates matched for both houses so we didn’t have to stay in a hotel waiting to move into our new home. Simone is also there for my questions to this day anytime I have something pop up, like I needed my home warranty information and she was willing to find it for me and tell me how it works! They also reached out when I lost my job and made me feel a little better. They do care about the people they work with. I’ll be contacting them again when I need help selling and buying!
