I love the body shop!! The staff here are always so friendly, caring, and helpful. I only wish they had the Shea Shampoo, Shea Conditioner, and Shea body wash at the refill station here. I’ll have to drive an hour to the next closest body shop with a Shea refill station, or go back to disposable bottles (BOO LAME TOMATO TOMATO).

When I walked into the store, the one worker there was checking a woman's items out. As soon as I walked in she asked me if she could help me. As if she was going to leave the customer paying and deal with me. I find that quite rude. Both for the other customer, as well as myself. I feel like I was targeted.
I still bought some things and the worker was of course pleased because I spent money in the store, thus proving that I am not a thief. For the record, I was dressed quite nicely and am not an unkempt person.
I will be contacting the owner of this establishment and complaining. And I will push for this employee to be let go.
What a pathetic form of customer service. SMH.
