My family had an amazing time eating here for the first time. The food was delicious; no issues there. The service was great; very friendly. Unfortunately, we had three servers in the span of two hours and no one explained each bag we were purchasing was by pound/weight. We thought it would be pieces of lobster and crab but we received a whole lobster and crab. We felt embarrassed to return the food because all server's were very nice but we do not believe any of them explained the portions to us correctly. We expect the bill to be hefty but about four bills at Boiling Crab?

had a wonderful time and our food was amazing! was sat within five minutes but did have a small party. we did wait a while on something we ordered although everyone had their food but honestly it wasn't terrible. would recommend!!

I always order takeout here as it’s much more convenient. I call in advance and they usually give an accurate waiting time. The pick up process is pretty easy as you go up to the cashier, pay, and then pick up your food. I love the Cajun shrimp with the whole shebang and the Cajun fries! If I feel like treating myself, I’ll also get the crawfish. It’s like eating mini lobsters!
