While I really loved the feel of this store, a comment made definitely made a lasting impression. When I came in with my two kids, I asked about a children's section. I was told, "In the back corner, where children should be".

Excuse me? I stand in front of you with my two children looking to purchase things in your store and you don't want them here? Way to make everyone feel welcome.

It was our first and last visit. I am working hard to raise respectful children who love reading. It hasn't been an issue at other bookstores in the area and so we will continue to take our business to those stores. It's a shame because I loved the store otherwise.
