Where to begin? If I could give this establishment a negative 100 I would without hesitation and all due to the person answering the phone, I believe Her name is Rizza. I called in to get pricing for flowers for 4 events I will be hosting which could very well equal over $250k in sales for Buqs and this person was cut dry, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I will continue to take my business elsewhere.
This message is for the Owners of Buqs. This is not the first time someone has mentioned having issues at your location with this person and despite those reports, I tried giving you guys a shot. She is pushing away a lot of business for you guys. Perhaps if you get rid of thus person, I will reconsider bringing you guys a lot of business and so will others. Thank you so much!
