I have been with Am Fam and the Bruggeman Agency for several years now. Josh and his team have been phenomenal to deal with. It’s great to have a team that places customer service as the number one priority again. It seems like great customer service is harder and harder to find these days. I had some payment info lapse after some CC fraud and promptly received a call from the Bruggeman agency before my coverage lapsed. I was previously w a different insurance company when the same thing happened and found out they had cancelled my policy and I had been driving around uninsured for 2 months.

I hold American Family Insurance Agency in the highest regard as far as customer service goes. You folks are top notch. Whether by phone or email, I get the information and answers I need in a prompt and courteous manner. Josh Bruggeman you are the best! Thanks again!

If I could give 10 stars to The Bruggeman Agency, I would. I had a interesting property that needed insurance coverage and i was struggling to find a company willing to insure it. One call to Josh and he immediately went to work on options for my property insurance needs. Ultimately Josh and his team provided an option that was perfect . Josh’s professionalism was on point. I would and will definitely use them again on my next investment.
