I had no idea if this process would work out much less the product; I hadn’t used this company before. Everything was perfect and that rarely happens! I was especially impressed with the texts I got from an actual live person that responded back whenever I texted! AND my product arrived EARLY and fit my wall heater perfectly.

Driver was on time and super friendly. I wasn't expecting it, but he unloaded the truck and took my lumber right up to the elevator in the basement to make it easy for me. He had a great sense-of-humor. Turns out he had to visit a few lumber yards to get the best quality for my order. Above and beyond!

We had a great experience with The BuildClub. They helped us get supplies we needed quickly. Delivery was prompt and with lots of communication along the way. Everyone was very courteous and went above and beyond to help us!
