Very Thankful for the service, twila is super sweet, the only downfall was picking up at 10 pm. I honestly dont think this was normal. Due to all the snow the weekend before, I believe to accommodate they doubled up and had no choice on the late hour. I highly reccomend them. My kitty is healthy and happy. Thank you again cats meow!!

Called to ask about getting my cats spayed and she said they couldnt right now but they were neutering. I ask politely out of curiosity and said “what’s the difference between the two, that there would be one and not the other taking place at the clinic. I didn’t get but the first part out of my mouth and she rudely said spay is for girls and neutering is for boys. NOT WHAT I WAS ASKING. Then she continued to explain in the rudest snottiest tone. As if I was asking a question that offended her. Professional? No
