Love the counselor I have there. Respectable. Doesn't remember everything I say but that makes me feel a bit normal in counseling sessions because my friends don't remember everything about me and neither do I them! It's normal to forget and this counseling center has some of that. It's near a Starbucks so I can get breakfast or chill before a session. The customer service is comforting, calming, and relaxing. Jessica is superb as a rep. Parking is a bit crammed so I give 4/5. I'm always scared of scratching my car. Soft community.

Easily the worst experience I have had with a healthcare provider. The practitioner I saw was great, but the admin side was about as disorganized as physically possible. They failed to tell me which office to appear at for both of my sessions, failed to tell me what they were going to charge me, failed to tell me what they were actually charging me FOR, didn't charge me until after I had left the facility, ended up OVERcharging me, and charged me over five separate transactions. When I asked for statements so I could substantiate my claims for my HSA, it took them weeks to get back to me. They still have not explained any of the billing errors. They said they were going to be issuing me a refund but still have not done that. The fact that they work with neurodivergent folks makes this even worse, I can't imagine how they think this is OK. If you have any choice I cannot recommend anyone go to this place. I will be reporting them to my insurance company as well.
