My first experience with Tyler was when my first time home buyer daughter was working with him. I joined the home showings to make sure she didn't get taken advantage of. I was very impressed with Tyler's honesty, professionalism and soon discovered she was in good hands. As a result I also worked with Tyler to secure a very expensive and competitive property. He showed a great deal of expertise and had great relationships across the industry to assist with all the buying aspects from identifying the property, appropriate bid mgmt. and securing funding with non-standard income. Well done Tyler!

It's not often you work with someone who you feel was born for their type of work. Tyler Chicourrat is that guy.
Not one single piece of advice he gave me failed to pan out perfectly. He patiently guided me through the process of selling my home while keeping me on track when I felt confused or impatient.
With Tyler leading the way, my home sold faster than any property I've ever sold and with more offers. Furthermore, I've never had a realtor work so hard on my behalf. His entire crew was on point and on time every step of the way.

Tyler continuously went above and beyond throughout our search and home buying process. He is a great researcher and educator, and was incredibly helpful in tracking down information for prospective properties. Most of all, he was patient with us, spent time getting to know our needs, and had a great network of connections to provide solutions/ideas. While this is the first property we've purchased as a family, we know it won't be our last, and look forward to working with Tyler again in the future. He has definitely earned our trust and we would highly recommend working with him as a fantastic real estate agent and exceptional person.
