We’ve used them a few times and every time they’ve been out very quickly, like within a few days of calling. The staff on the phone are professional and helpful. The staff that come out for the services are very friendly, respectful, on time, and communicate what is going on and suggest what should be looked at or addressed. If you're looking for chimney repair, look no further. From competitive estimate (Jud) to completion of work (Brian & Brent), I couldn't have imagined a more professional experience. They did exactly what they said they'd do exactly when they said they'd do it. They did thorough and high quality work. I called to book an appointment to have my chimney cleaned/inspected and they were able to fit me in the same week. The team showed up and we’re super professional, pleasant, and proficient. Work was done in about 20 minutes and I’m good to go for a year! Compared to other companies, they were very competitively priced. I also appreciate they didn’t try to upsell me on anything extra and provided a little education about more clean/efficient burning along the way. If you are looking for chimney maintenance, these are your people!!
