Loved It! Went on Friday around 4:30 & perfect timing because the entire packing house wasn't crowded. They only have One employee working until 6pm. I ordered the 3 piece fish and chips with 2 shrimp. I entertained myself by watching the guy freshly dip my fish. I was amazed at the size of the fish because it was bigger than I imagine, huge. The shrimp was not as big as some jumbo shrimp that I've had at other places but it was still good tastey. The batter was crispy and crunchy, and I was a happy camper. Needless to say, I will definitely be making this place a regular stop when craving fish and chips.
It's my first time having Fried Fish and Fries. Of course, I had fried fish before and I can make pretty good fried fish by myself. I also had fries before, and I can make it at my 15, at that time KFC and McDonald's even didn't have restaurants in China. But, have them both together as a meal, it's my first time. Compare with the tasteless Lamb Curry I bought from ADYA in the same food court of Anaheim Packing District, the Fried Fish and Fries were much better than the curry. It's a $14.xx combo for two pcs fish, calamari, and fries that came with a soft fountain drink. The fish size was much bigger than my imagination, the batter was crispy and thin and the taste was good. Especially with the tartar sauce and another red sauce that I can't name but defiantly was not ketchup. The calamari was soft and the batter was also good, the only pity was that the foil of the squid hadn't been removed.
