Somone called me from the store after I placed an order via skip the dishes asking me if I could come pick up my order because their store closes before the driver was expected to pick up. I informed them that I cannot pick up the items, hence why I was using a delivery service that I paid extra for and a tip for the driver. The man on the phone told me I needed to cancel my order. I told him that they already accepted my order so I cannot cancel it on my end. He just sat on the phone silent. I informed him that they need to cancel it on their end..they hung up the phone without saying bye. It was extremely rude customer service.
