The instructors are all kind and teach passionately. The appliances are also new, clean and nice. I’ve been coming here for over a year and a half now. I really enjoy this place👍👍👍

I started Pilates for the first time in August 2023 and go once a week for my 1:1 session with Mia teacher. Mia teacher designs each class to match my needs and body condition. She always does a good job paying attention to small details and coaches me through all the movements. Pilates is so challenging but also very rewarding! 10/10 would recommend.

Zoey's Pilates instructor top-notch, offering clear guided session. She prioritizes punctuality, and gives a smoothing workout environment. It's a harmonious exercise experience.
