I want to start and say that Amy was amazing.She was very sweet and patient with me. I love coffee bean and I love that location and i've never had a bad experience until this morning. I felt very very very rushed by the male barista who was really rude and unkind and seemed like he didn't want to answer any question that I may have had. I had no idea about the new tea latte choices and it was not explained to me. Because I felt rushed, I ordered the wrong drink. Amy was really kind to redo another drink for me. She also took the time to explain the difference between the teas that are lose tea and teas that are bagged. The male barista, who I did not get his name, just looked at me and carried on. I usually do not ask for the manager, but I felt like the male barista can treat a customer with more patience and be a little bit kinder.

This Coffee Bean has seen better days. Great place to study since it’s empty and quiet.

Luv'd this location until young lady that works morning shift now (think she's manager), yelled at me for Messing with my coworkers in line ahead of me, other folks in line laughing at me messing with them but she is a very angry person.., I apologized for upsetting her and if I aggregate anyone else, then i just left location and decided not to order...
