First time trying this as a friend usually brings me my drink since I'm not a local of the area but I happened to be around today and went to get my iced mocha myself. Service was very nice and friendly and fast too. The drive thru is a great convenience too

I don’t do starbucks. Ever. They suck. In town for a trip and thought I’d check out this chain. It was SO good. And so thankful they have oat milk!

They were very flexible in my order since I kinda just get a decaf flavored iced latte. It was perfect!

While Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf offers a great selection of beverages, the service can be quite slow, especially at the drive-thru. On multiple visits, I've found that it takes a considerable amount of time to get through the drive-thru line, even during non-peak hours. This delay can be frustrating when you're in a hurry or looking for a quick coffee fix. Despite the slow service, the quality of their drinks remains high, but be prepared for a wait if you choose the drive-thru option.
