I was in the mood for a drink forthe long drive home amd I was pleased that the staff asked me what my likes were. We settled on a blended mocha with a bear claw to go with it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and tidy. Situated right off Orange Street comma access was easy and the coffee house was simple to find. I sat down here before and I'm glad I returned.

We had a great coffee experience at Redlands The Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf! Perfect coffee,friendly servers,clean store,plenty of free parking-loved it!

The whole milk latte came hot and tasty. The beans used tasted fresh and perfectly roasted. However, service is extremely lacking at this location. They have nice patio seating outside, cool and comfy furniture inside, but it doesn’t seem they want anybody actually enjoying the brews on location. When asked for a house mug instead of the bleached to-go cups, the person taking our order was actually curt in responding that they don’t have house mugs. We were seated within line of sight of all workers at the counter, but a little later when we asked for the bathroom code, we got a cold response that it’s for customers only. When asserted that I am a customer at a table inside, the person actually gave the incorrect code. We left. Not returning. Extremely cold and inattentive staff. There’s a huge sign at the door “sip back and enjoy”…yeah, right. More like, “sip on your way out and don’t let the door hit you”.
