I am very happy with my choice to join Imagine Fitness. After training here for about 8 months I finally hit my lifelong personal record on the bench press which I was stoked about. Not only has my strength dramatically improved but I have also increased my muscle mass, my flexibility, and I am feeling healthier with more energy throughout the entire day.

I also enjoy having a coach that is there to spot you and correct your form while pushing you to lift heavier. Fifteen pounds and counting! I signed up with Aaron and Imagine Fitness just over 3 months ago trying to get back to my high school weight in anticipation of my 30th birthday. I've never worked with a personal trainer before and Imagine Fitness completely confounded my expectations in the best possible way. Aaron took a detailed background of my personal and fitness goals and has constructed a custom workout routine that is always changing, always challenging, and fits my needs perfectly. He paired my workout routines with a nutrition plan (that can be as flexible or as strict as you need!). In just about 12 weeks, I've dropped more than 15 pounds and feel stronger, more fit, more coordinated, and way healthier.
