I just went to the Container Store for the very first time and I fell in love. They had pretty much anything you could think of that you want or need to organize your house or office or whatever. The employees were very nice and ready to help. I will definitely be back!

I've worked here in the past and the customer service has extremely changed. I was not greeted until the end and was told that 15 mins before closing they are trying to end their evening. Peggy was extremely unprofessional with informing us that the store was closing. Nine is when you close and yes I understand that Peggy however you do not need to be rude while informing us in that way. I get you want us to leave but you don’t need to say “You need to leave, our store is closed now” at exactly 9pm. That outstanding staff that I once knew is gone. I do not recommend coming to this store, diving to the closed one in the next state is more worth it.

Recently designed 2 closets and the staff was accommodating and helpful as the design changed as I placed items in the closets and had to make adjustments.
