I have enjoyed the yoga classes provided by the instructors at the Corner Mat. Hot yoga on Saturdays has changed to 8:30 and beginning yoga at 10am. Check it out!

I attended a Beginner Yoga 101 class tonight. It was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in trying yoga. Wide range of ages in the class which also made it very welcoming! I plan on going back tomorrow to try the hot yoga!
