What a junk community!! HOA is broke look at all the roofs that have plastic on them for over six months that I know of. Attic vents are not screened off to code. Landscape is a joke they will not pick up dog poop they will mow around it, while the HOA doesn’t provide poop bags. Landscape is the laziest I have ever seen! Your local realtor

Bob (HOA President), in response to your review, waiting years to have your roof repaired and having rain water leak into your living room every time it rains because the plastic falls off is not "sour grapes". . .
