TLDR; definitely a must try. I’ll be back to try their other crumpets for sure!
I’ve heard of this place in the passing so many times that I finally decided to go in and check it out one day. Now a crumpet doesn’t look like much - sort of like a flabby cake, but my god it’s really lovely.
We shared the English cheese crumpet and the Walrus crumpet between the two of us and I have to say I enjoyed it immensely. The mocha is also made with European sensibilities (AKA less sugar), and I absolutely loved it. This place brings me back to my London days.
I definitely recommend checking out this spot! Seating is limited.
