I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service we received at this venue. Despite the substantial rental fees we paid, the event was far from satisfactory due to several critical issues.
Firstly, given the extreme heat exceeding 30 degrees, it was unacceptable that additional fans were not set up to ensure the comfort of our guests. Furthermore, the tables were not adequately prepared for the 40 people we had confirmed with you well in advance.
Additionally, we left some pasties in the fridge and reached out to retrieve them, only to be told that no one would be available for a while. This lack of accessibility is unacceptable and unprofessional.
We had high expectations for your venue, and these shortcomings significantly spoiled our experience.
