Front desk help is the rudest sour faced individuals I have encountered. Seriously the people coming in don't feel good to start with and their attitude just adds to the discomfort. Is it in their job description not to ever smile or simply act like a nice person. I absolutely hate having to come here.

I will never go back again!!! I had a tickel in my throat for a month and was coughing all the time, living on halls to stop the coughing. So I waited hour and I didn’t mind but when they took me in to the room the doctor looked in my ear, thoat, nose and listen to my chest and then told me that I eat to much food and that I have gurd and told me to take Prilosec. I Call me mom told her what happened she told me to take Zyrtec and I’ve been taking it this week and No more coughing. I looked up gurd and it’s heartburn witch I didn’t have😡😡

Absolutely worst experience of my life. I was told by my doctor to come here due to my bleeding and cramping at 11 weeks pregnant. I walk in, very kind because I'm trying to not only seek medical treatment for me but for my unborn child. The reception was the absolute worst. I don't know if I walked in a bad time but she gave the cold dead fish eyes, smacking her gum and literally told me "um yeah (smack smack) we don't have the stuff to help you here like ultrasound stuff so you're gonna have to somewhere else (smack smack)". But I was told by my doctor to come here for even blood tests or something. "Yeah um, your doctor was wrong sooooo". Are you kidding?! The other receptionist didn't even bother to intervene. I'm bleeding here and you're denying me any sort of medical treatment. Thanks! This hasn't been the only time they've treated my husband and I this way either. Horrible service. It's a little pathetic when a veterinary practice has better customer service than human practices.
