Went here with a broken wrist thinking my appointment was at 3:30 when it was at 3. I showed up around 3:15, they not only still fit me in but has me out with a hard cast within an hour. Every person i encountered was so kind, the receptionist, the assistant, X-ray, and the lady who did my cast ( who is a major professional made my hard cast 10x more comfortable than the ER made my splint). Have another appointment in a week and highly am looking forward to the professionalism

Their appointment policies have not changed and even if you adhere to their cancellation policy they will still discharge you for rescheduling more than three times. This is incredibly unfriendly and makes it more difficult for people who are neurodivergent, have disabilities or chronic illness to seek the help they need. Do not go here if you are any of the above, this practice is awful and does not care about you.

This place always disappoints. I’ve been seeing them for about a year. I recently had shoulder surgery in March. I called 3wks ago. Crickets. Never got a call back. I called yesterday and spoke to the front telling them the situation. There was no apology and they transferred me to the MA’s vm as I was talking. I hung up and called back asking for the Office Manager. I left a VM. No call back. No apology. Nothing from the Office Manager. Today one of the PA’s Medical Assistant’s called me- not the PA- one was in surgery and the other with patients. After 3 wks I couldn’t even get a phone call from a PA. Patient care doesn’t seem to be important. The older woman up front, who sits in the middle, is always rude. She never smiles or makes you feel welcome, instead the exact opposite. One of the assistants, won’t call them out completely, never calls back either, unless you call a week later asking why you haven’t heard from them. Finally, when she does call, has no clue what’s going on. The patient advocate, crickets. Nothing, never replies. I called billing and told them they billed my insurance when it was a work claim, that was a couple months ago, never heard back. From the very beginning I’ve had problems with this clinic. The administration team is awful.
