This used to be our go to place to take our dogs but the past two times we've gone we haven't had a pleasant experience and will no longer use this facility. One of the ladies gave us a price over the phone and insists she made notes on our account but when we show up the price changes and she has no recollection of the conversation. Our dogs acted like they couldn't wait to get out of there and they smelt like urine. Reading other reviews, I am not sure if they even played or were let out considering they never show you the entire facility. This is highly disappointing because our dogs used to love going here.

The Doggy Den has been wonderful with my pup. The staff is always friendly and the facility is clean. My dog loves going to daycare here and he always comes home ready for a full night’s rest! I find peace in knowing that we have such a loving staff to depend on when we have to be away from our home for more than a few hours.

I love this place and so does my golden retriever Kobe. He can be a bit hyper vigilant and I was worried at first to board him at a doggy day care because I wasn't sure how he would be around a large group of dogs. Ann was wonderful and had me come in the day prior for a tour of the facility. She assured me he would be introduced slowly to mild temperament dogs and watched closely and he ended up doing great! He was running around with 15 dogs the next week having a blast. Dogs were in kennels and outside during my tour and staff were cleaning the inside air conditioned turf room which was very well maintained. The room was also nice and cool which made me feel good about bringing Kobe because he overheats easily and it was a very hot week. I left him there for 8 hours and he had a blast. The staff was wonderful and sent me pictures and texts all day long letting me know how he was doing, which I so appreciated, being an over protective dog mom. I am so sorry to see this wonderful facility being harrassed and berated by what appears to be members of the same family over a dog(s) that showed aggressions while there. I am glad precautions were taken to remove them to keep staff and other dogs safe. Please do not listen to those reviews. This place is a very well run, clean and run by wonderful qualified staff. I do not trust anyone with my dog but I trusted them with the care of my golden and would continue to do so in the future.
