The Apt complex tried to make me feel bad for resisting having them show my studio before my lease term expired to potential renters. There is no model available apparently - you literally interrupt people living to view a unit. Even when the unit has no closets. Besides that no issues.

Brand new, Beautiful, and really attentive and caring property management. Plenty of available parking and onsite storage. I love that they are solar powered and energy independent.

Not a great place. Management is ridiculous and comes up with random charges. Charged me 680$ to repaint a single door. They said it was special outside door paint meanwhile to door was inside. Poor communication and raised the price over 700$ in just one year. For the tiniest 2 bedroom around.
