While I did go dress shopping at a few traditional stores I knew from the start that I did not want to spend more than $1000 on my wedding dress. That being said, I also love lace and full skirts, and I didn’t want to shop online without seeing the fabric in person so off to The Dressy Attic I went! The sisters who run this consignment dress business are the absolute sweetest. I brought 4 people with me and we had a lovely area set up with comfortable chairs/couches, a changeroom, and perfectly positioned mirrors to see every angle. They were so patient and let me try on at least 10 dresses. The dress I ultimately chose had the softest tulle and such a beautiful cascading lace design and was well under budget. The Dressy Attic has now moved from Abbotsford to Chilliwack and is absolutely worth the drive!
