Who the hell runs this place?! No one is ever in the leasing office. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. How is a new business this inefficient and incompetent? You can’t pay rent online because the resident portal doesn’t work. You can’t pay rent in the leasing office because no one is there. They’ll threaten to evict you and charge you $75 if rent is one day late, but they provide no way to pay on time…or at all! February is only a week away and there’s no way to pay rent. It’s ridiculous. It appears that everyone who once worked there disappeared. Their posted office hours are a lie. The apartments are nice but the communication options are a joke.

Janet was so funny and welcoming while giving my girlfriend and I a tour of the apartment complex. We fell in love with the 1 bedroom 1 bath, she really sold it and we are definitely getting on the waitlist!!

Love the atmosphere. Everyone was so nice. The units are great, natural lighting and spacious. SirRhenahdi gave us an amazing tour showed multiple units to see the floors and sizes.
