I'm delighted to give a big shout-out to our apartment's maintenance team for their efficient response in replacing my malfunctioning dishwasher. Their prompt service and the installation of the new dishwasher were excellent . Thanks to them, specially Vanessa, the lovely maintenance manager !
I since vacated the building, here is a complete review of my experience.
I have not received a refund of deposit after vacating my unit over 56 days, in the lease and by California civic code I should have received it within 21days. The management were unable to provide me with proof that my cheque has been dispatched and now have gone quiet in the matter I am unable to reach them. I was also advised by management to pay for a cleaner and I’d get refunded, this never happened.
Other issues included: My toilet would continuously overflow with waste water from other units, which smelt terribly and also was a health issue. I repeatedly requested for it to be fixed nothing was done. The management were unable to get dog owners to collect their dog’s poo leaving areas covered in it. I had packages stolen from inside the building. The call box doesn’t work anytime you have a visitor you have to let them in.
