Dan and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Dan provided us with a comprehensive market analysis including comps for similar style homes in the area as well as insight into how the market overall was trending given the uncertainty of COVID. When it came time to determine the listing price he made us feel comfortable with a price and the plan to sell. Dan and his team then provided support though every step of the process including cleaning, staging, and photos. I felt like they had everything under control the entire time allowing us to sit back and not have to worry about a thing. We had an offer at asking within the first week and closed the deal on time. This was the smoothest real estate deal we've ever done and we attribute that to Dan and his team. It was clear to us they take pride in their work and value each and every one of their customers!

Dan and his team have been amazing!! I'm a first time homebuyer and they helped us along every step of the way. Dan was honest about our chances as we put offers in. Even in an extremely hot market, we were able to find a home at a competitive price. They have connected us with other professionals needed to complete the home buying process.
