I went in on a Sunday, they were fairly busy and it seemed like almost everyone was new. I ordered online and my food wasn't ready until 45 minutes after the pickup time. Nobody took espresso items off the online menu so I was not able to get the coffee drink I ordered even though the espresso machine was down. When I got my two burritos, they were cold. I was really excited to try this place as I'm vegan and there's not very many vegan options here in Tri-Cities. The burritos were weird, they were on a bed of plain shredded cabbage and smothered in cheese sauce so the outsides of the tortilla (that had been grilled) ended up soggy and they needed to be eaten with a fork. Both burritos were like this, my vegan and my husband's chorizo one. They need to be eaten with a fork and they just were not good, the cheese sauce should have been on the inside. The smothered burrito makes more sense for an in restaurant experience but for to-go, it just ended up a soggy mess. Really disappointing. It seemed like the two new people were trying but with very minimal direction from the chef in charge other than the occasional correction. Maybe this place would be better as a sit-down experience with a fully trained staff and a functional espresso machine, but this time was definitely not it.

We met some friends for brunch and had a great time. The coffee was delicious, food amazing, and the staff was great! I recommended getting in!

Discovered this place on a weekend away to do the Hanford and LIGO tour. Love love love the food, the fun music, and atmosphere. We were going to plan a 'fancy' dinner on Saturday and I think they ruined it for us! :D
Oh, and they have breakfast all day!
