If you are getting a call today 06/28/17 saying your doctor had an "emergency" and needs to reschedule, it is really because the doctor no showed! I am currently sitting in the office where the receptionist and another doctor are being very unprofessional and complaining about the missing doctor. They haven't even tried to call the missing doctor to see if she was in an accident or any other real problem. Just complaining about her not showing up and angerly talking about comments the other doctor made in a meeting. And all at the reception desk within earshot of the patients! Wow!

one star is too much. terrible! This is the last time I ever come to this center. people are rude and talk to you like your dumb. i walked in and asked if my son needed an eye exam before he could order glasses. lady said he had an exam a year ago. after asking my same question multiple times to get a rude response, i gave up. i asked one lady for help who was too busy on her computer to be friendly. we waited to see one of the ladies who could show us some frames. never seen an eye glass place lock up every single frame. that in itself is a joke. then of course, every frame available through insurance was locked up and shoved into a box because there's no room for them to display. after looking through the frames, i learned that my son did not have an exam a year ago, it was just over two years ago so i sat there annoyed for no reason at all. complete waste of time. horrible customer service, horrible intel, overall, this place gets worse and worse every time i go there. I will not go back again.
