I've been to a few of The Exchange locations over the past couple of years to gather old PlayStation games for my husband and children. Also, I did purchase the gaming system and additional controllers. The staff at each location has been friendly and helpful. Somehow they have managed to have all the games that I was seeking in stock.

Went there looking for a specific game that Game Stop did not have at any of their stores or online. I went here and they had it!!! So happy!!!
Also a great place to take your used, no longer needed dvds and cds to get either store credit or cash.

Don't go here if you have anything to sell after multiple disappointing transactions and being told they can't take stuff for the tiniest imperfections I am done with this place. Ninja electronics downtown is way more reasonable and I get the feeling that they are like low racist but that the Burgh for ya.
