My experience with this clinic was highly disappointing. After my son lost one of his contact lenses, I reached out to order a replacement. He had recently seen the doctor and received updated information about his eyesight. However, the service I received was far from satisfactory.
I initially called on a Friday, only to find out that the doctor wasn't available that day. Hoping for a resolution, I called the clinic twice on the following Monday. The receptionist informed me that the doctor hadn't responded to her email and assured me that the doctor would call me back. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, I hadn't received any communication from them.
Today, I made two more calls in an attempt to resolve the issue. Regrettably, the receptionist's response remained consistent – the doctor had not responded to her email. While I understand that this is not a life-threatening situation, I found it puzzling that the receptionist couldn't spare a minute or two to communicate with the doctor and facilitate the order process using the most recent data from my son's check-up.
In sum, my experience with this clinic left much to be desired, and I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and assistance provided.
