This one is in the Westfield Santa Anita mall. Their store sign is “Nature Collection” but the Face Shop is in the same store. Just make sure to pay attention to the store’s sign as you may not see it if you are looking for the “Face Shop” and not “Nature Collection.” Overall, good experience as there was no one in the store besides my group and another customer. One worker only the day I went, so if you have questions, be patient as there might not be enough employees on the floor giving samples and such. I just needed to pick up a few items so it was an easy check out experience. A few sales here and there.

I must say I was very impress with my experience here. As an earlier review mention, the store name is nature collection so I actually did miss it trying to find the face shop. Anyhow, Coly was very nice and helpful. I went in wanting to buy the rice water toner which was discontinued. Coly recommended an alternative and I can’t wait to try it. The sample I tried at the store was very light weight and moisturizing. To top it off, I got a bunch of free samples. I’ve never been to a store that gave so much free samples. I got the face wipes, a sample size of the Dr. Belmeur toner and face cream that I bought, pore smoothing stick, and a sample size foam cleaner. This is a nice way to try other products from the Dr. Belmeur line without spending too much. Overall I was very happy with my experience here. Thank you again Coly. =)
