Update: there has been a change jn management and I feel the need to update the rating from 5 to 2. The doctor seems to be very well trained and experienced, with prestigious degrees, but we have been leaving the office feeling less confident in if we are making the correct choices for our pet. For the last few trips, they have felt more expensive and less attentive. We would go into a visit, have a question and tests, where they said they would do a follow up. We never received a follow up on test results or answers until we explicitly get time with the doctor the next time. This may be a result of some management or how they are optimizing for time across their many patients, but this has overall led to a degradation in experience.
Very communicative. They matched my energy and gave all information based on what I can give them. Helped us walk through our cat’s problems and future steps with no complaints.
After moving to the Seattle area earlier this year, I was looking for a good vet for my cats. I landed on The Family Pet, and I am so glad I did! I recently made an appointment for one of my cats, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, responsive, and professional. Erica at reception was incredibly helpful both with scheduling my appointment and with follow up questions I had after my appointment.
Dr. Love was very helpful, fully explaining the next steps needed for my cat's ongoing care, and answering my many questions. I felt very confident in her recommendations, and she clearly explained everything to me.
I definitely feel at-ease knowing my pets are in such great hands!
You should probably think twice about going to a place that doesn’t support our first responders.
You don’t have to support them if you don’t want to, but do you need to bash them publicly!?
Shameful. I wonder what kind of person Dr. Schneider is as a professional if she does this to people just trying to get a fair wage.
