The Fifth is a restaurant by Disneyland and at the Grand Legacy Hotel. We did not have a reservation but it was not an issue at 6pm. NOTE: They have a 2 hour seating limit. I have seen signs of time limits at buffets, but never at a restaurant. They WILL as you to leave at the 2 hr. mark. They do not have any signs of this policy but will be told by your server. I respect a restaurant's policy but they should post signs. The food was good. The Ahi tacos were good but super small. They just basically took a wonton skin and folded into a taco shape. The Buffalo chicken sliders were ok. The buns were a dry and didn't seem fresh. Not bad but nothing special about it. The Surf & Turf nachos were good and I probably enjoyed that the most out of the 3 ordered. They have plenty of heat lamps and offer purple blankets to use should it get too cold on the rooftop. TBH, I would have rated The Fifth higher but not being notified of the time limit and then being asked to leave was just rude and bad customer service. If I had known about this, I would have considered going elsewhere primarily because I wanted to catch up with my friend. Regardless, customers should be notified of this. Bad on The Fifth.

Yes you can see the fireworks from here as well as the California Adventure Ferris wheel! The vibe is great on a weekend night, dancing, live music, the drinks are great and they constantly bring out new drinks to fit characters and themes of Disney! Great place to go out with friends, to celebrate, or to go on a date!
