The Flooring Co. was great to do business with. They were responsible, professional and 100% delivered on what they were contracted to do. One of the head office guys, Loney provided us with excellent customer service and follow thru. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Sun City area! Thanks again team Flooring Co!

Owner is very rude on the phone, very condescending expecting people to know the ins and out of flooring. First time I spoke to him, he asked if I had bought flooring already. When I said ,"Yes" his whole demeanor changed, and asked I call back after labor day. His response was "2.75 a square foot, do some simple math and you can get an idea." Second call, was a followup to their estimate. Doesn't seem interested in answering questions, this is even after I booked an install date and received an estimate. I called with a follow up question to the estimate, he was very rude, said my floors were not water proof due to the cork inlay on the bottom. He said "I don't know why floor and decor told you that but they lied." My question was do I need to put a barrier down and how much? He said, "I don't know what your estimate is and haven't seen it." I will have Robert call you. The son Robert is very nice and professional, but unfortunately you have to call the shop to get ahold of him and his dad, the owner answers. Still waiting for followup from Robert, at this point I may just cancel.
