Working with the Flooring Factory was a great experience mainly due to Enrique. Every time I called, which was at least four times, he knew me by name and handled my questions quickly and accurately. More-so, he called me back with updated information. That is unheard of these days with customer service. And being across the country, he assured me the timeliness of my delivery and his words were accurate. With such an expensive purchase, Enrique made it easier and less stressful and he is an asset to the Flooring Factory.

We live in San Diego and finding the right floor has been a real challenge. We've been looking online and flooring shops around, nothing. My wife found The Flooring Factory on Instagram and we decided to make the 4-hour trip to Oxnard, probably the best decision we made. We walked into the store and see all the samples, immediately the experience become overwhelmed, but Enrique was there to change the experience. He helped us a lot. He gave us all information we needed it and guided us to choose from 3 different options, more than that, he gave us a full plank of each of the options to take home and make sure it was the correct one. I am glad he did it, this was the game changer for us. Thanks to Enrique and the Flooring Factory we know we are getting the best for our house.

Just got new flooring from The Flooring Factory, and I couldn't be happier! Enrique, our salesperson, was amazing. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us great advice.
The quality of the flooring is top-notch, and the whole process was super smooth. If you're looking for new floors, definitely check them out. Big thanks to Enrique and the team for making it all so easy!
