I came to Karen to clear some deep emotional and heavy energy. I have never done Reiki before. Her energy is so grounded and healing. Karen was the balm my soul needed.

Karen is absolutely amazing. I became open to the idea of reiki almost a year ago while working through a really intense time of healing. I didn’t grow up in an environment that was open to alternative health or healing and remained very skeptical, even as I walked into my first session with her. Afte just one session with Karen and what I know now was the release of a lot of stored emotions that were literally making me sick, I saw huge improvements in my gut health. In having gone back to see her several times now I always leave feeling lighter and more connected with myself. Recently I began wearing an Oura Ring to help manage my stress and sleep, and wore it throughout my last session. It was amazing to see not just I was in a deep restorative space during the session, but that restorative space continued through the night and even through the next day. Seeing Karen for reiki will remain an act of self love and care that I’ll continue. Not only is she effective, but she’s one of the kindest souls around and sincerely interested and committing to extending any and all information she can to her clients. I’m always happy to refer friends and strangers to her and hope wish her absolutley nothing but success.

I had an AMAZING and super relaxing 90 minute Reiki session with Karen. She was very thoughtful about her practice and made sure to tell me about her process before we started and debriefed the session with me after. I highly recommend her healing services!
