I contacted Gordon and it took him forever to get back to me. Then...after a phone conversation of which I contacted him and deciding on what the services I needed and him being agreeable to that - he took too long again and just never responded. We agreed on a general price and he said he would follow-up soon. That never happened! I am always astounded by an owner's lack of customer service. Do you want to grow your business?
This was my last my email response to him, "Never mind. You just took too long to reply and I should not have to follow-up up with you continuously". Poor customer service.
