There’s nothing like spending your free time learning the detailed ins and outs of a companies return policy that fails to accommodate your situation.
My package was delivered to the wrong address, UPS took a picture proving this. Contacted Old Navy, owned by GAP, so they can send me a link to claim a refund.
Claim link can’t be activated till the “promised delivery date from Old Navy”
So ignoring irrefutable evidence, I have to initiate this whole process again when Old Navy says I can. Knowing for well there was a mistake and I did not receive my package.
I would recommend a lack of rigidity in the return policy.
Used to work here. Quit today because the chef Matt yelled at me for something that I didn't do (one of the managers (Noel) must have told him a lie). It was over some breakfast that I ordered (bacon, eggs, and cheese), where the cook Jose just threw it all together and didn't separate the foods individually (like the way he KNEW I liked). Matt didn't call me into the office, but instead yelled at me in the dish room as I was cleaning some pans. Too bad, because I really liked that job. I worked for a temp agency, but I told Matt that if he requested me, I'd return. That's no longer the case.
I will be suing GAP for harassment.
