This was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had with a contractor. The garage door installing company did a shoddy and even dangerous job of installing the garage door and springs (long before I moved in). Jeff was able to come in and assess the situation and repair where the door was coming off the frame in some locations and secure everything. After the repair, he walked me through what he had done - it was a real difference. And his pricing was very reasonable. Some other company came and charged me money just to look at the problem and do a temporary fix that didn't even last a month. If you want friendly, effective, and things done right, definitely call Jeff first.

This type of service just doesn't seem to be a reality anymore. When we called, Jeff knew what the problem was and brought the appropriate parts with him. Fixed the broken spring quickly and the door works better than the original. Customer service at its best! Highly recommend!
