On my way to a very important meeting I lost the button that closes my suit jacket. I stopped in to see if I could just buy a button, but Diana behind the counter offered to sew one on for me. We discussed the difficulties faced by downtown SF businesses since COVID and the importance of those of us downtown frequenting them as many are closing due to lack of walk up business. She sewed the button on flawlessly and refused to accept payment. This is the kind of outstanding customer service that deserves a shout out, so please take your stuff to Gateway Cleaners!
