I made my first purchase for myself at The Gem Garden Jewelers just prior to Christmas last year. Over the years, I have shopped at many other stores throughout the Southern California area, all over the country and the world. I've never really had a go to jeweler that I considered of any merit. After many years of hearing other people talk about The Gem Garden, I figured it was finally time to give them a try. Since then, I have made many subsequent purchases for myself and my wife. We have finally found a reputable and trustworthy Jeweler that we can call home. Why have I kept coming back? This is best summarized by the high level of class, pressure free professionalism, and wonderful customer service I have received. The knowledge and education of the sales professionals are second to none. I have primarily dealt with Grace and at times in her absence, Greg was able to step in and make my experience seamless. I have also been enamored with their service/repair services. Recently I had some older pieces that needed some repair. In the past I had taken my jewelry to a prominent store in downtown Los Angeles. What would take those weeks to repair only took The Gem Garden a matter of days and cost 1/3 of what I used to pay. With one piece, I was called four times from The Gem Garden to let me know what they were doing and where they were at. They treated my ring, which was not purchased from them, as if it were their own. Impressive and honest integrity! My wife and I have found a new home in The Gem Garden and will have our continued business and support for many years to come.
