I finally purchased a lid for my yeti that I lost in a work related accident. I didn’t notice it was a twist on new lid instead of the old version. I was able to bring up my receipt because I used my ace rewards. There weren’t regular lids so she was so kind to give me one of the yeti warranty lids. I was so blessed by Harper at the general store in Spokane WA

It was the first time my family and I visited the store. We were super excited because we heard so many great things. They had a great selection and it was fun to look at all the cool stuff. The disappointment came when we went to the register and wanted to purchase a yo-yo for our daughter. The item was ringing up double the price! The girl at the register called the toy department and they kept saying the item was $14.99. My fiancé talked with the manager and even took a photo of the product and showed them the item was in the spot for $7.99. She called the toy department and they kept saying the item was $14.99. The manager did not care whatsoever even with proof. There were five other yo-yos (same exact one) all stocked in the $7.99 spot. We have both worked retail 10+ years and would always honor the advertised price even if the item was misstocked and in this case, all of them were not stocked properly. Still happy my daughter got a bunch of other cool stuff however we will not support this business in the future.

This is the closest hardware store to my house. I go so often I'm starting to get to know the people by name. These guys are great. Scott is always smiling when you walk in. He's so helpful. I get my propane filled here. When the button isn't working, I either call or go straight inside and they get me taken care of promptly.
