I placed an order over a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Not only that, they never answer their phone!! I’ve called numerous times throughout the day, on multiple days, and it’s always an answering machine. They also don’t respond to emails. Do not shop here if you want to avoid a headache.

The owner at Los Altos takes care in pleasing her customers! The shop has lovely items and they take care in the fact that their customers are satisfied. Highly recommend!
